Chesapeake Shores hosted a week long day camp for a group of employee’s children and grandchildren. Each day had a theme, that included an educational, an intergenerational, and a fun activity that corresponded with each theme. Campers were also able to go on two field trips during the week with the Residents. One day was spent at Elms Beach Park, where they explored the beach, went a scavenger hunt, made their own fossils and had a picnic style lunch. The last day of camp, they went to the movies to see The Incredibles 2. The Employees of Chesapeake Shores expressed that their campers looked forward to coming each day, and were sad to see the week at “Camp Chesapeake” end.
