March 2013 Stakeholder of the Month: Josephus Johnson

Josephus Johnson was born in Calvert County to his mother Katherine Johnson, whom still resided in Calvert. While growing up in Calvert Joe had 11 siblings, three sisters and eight brothers. He attended and graduated from Calvert High School.  During Joe’s last year at school, he worked on the navy base in Solomon’s Island. After graduating, he worked at the Nuclear Power Plant in Calvert for 22 year full time while working part time in housekeeping at Chesapeake Shores. Being the hard worker he is after leaving the Power Plant Joe began working full time at Chesapeake Shores, and maintaining a part time job at the Calvert Board of Education. When he catches some free time, Joe enjoys working in his yard, helping others with their cars, going dancing, and just having a good time.
